The revision of the regulation on management of enterprise annuities fund is almost complete and is likely to be released and applied by the end of this year, reported Monday, citing an unnamed insider who was involved in the revising work. The revision was concentrated on expanding equity investments and increasing annuities innovation products. The new version also made multiple amendments to details of the fund's operation compared to the old one, the report said.
The revised regulation has increased the highest proportion of net assets of the fund that can be invested in stocks to 30 percent from the previous 20 percent. It also made more specific divisions on investment products in the financial market and reduced the proportion of the cash position of enterprise annuities. Items about product innovation will also be included in the new version, the report said.
Trial Measures for Enterprise Annuities is also under revision and will be issued later. |
